How we handle eBay account and order information

Overview
MindPoint Collectibles uses MindPoint Ops to help manage inventory, orders, shipping, and fulfillment for sales made through eBay. This policy explains how information received through the eBay integration is used and protected.
Information we receive
We may receive an eBay username or user identifier, order and line-item details, shipping information, payment-status and fee information, and shipment or tracking details. We do not receive or store your eBay password.
How we use information
We use this information only to process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, reconcile inventory and sales records, calculate business results, prevent errors or misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with eBay, shipping or fulfillment providers needed to complete an order, service providers that operate MindPoint Ops, or authorities when disclosure is legally required.
Retention, deletion, and security
We retain order records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. Verified eBay marketplace-account deletion notices are processed through our secure endpoint, and associated identifiers are removed or anonymized where required. We use access controls, encrypted credentials, and limited data collection to protect stored information.
